Our mission is built on a simple belief: we rise by lifting others. Through grants, scholarships, mentorship, education and community initiatives, we help women entrepreneurs, professionals and young women access the support, resources and opportunities they need to advance in their businesses, careers and education.

Everything we do is rooted in giving back and turning support into measurable impact. With the help of corporate sponsors, private donors, mentors, volunteers and community partners, we continue to create opportunities that extend far beyond the annual Awards.
