The Women Empowerment Awards was created to recognize women whose achievements extend beyond personal success — women who use their leadership, businesses, ideas and influence to create opportunities for others.
As the Awards have grown, that vision has expanded beyond recognition alone. Grants, scholarships, mentorship, community initiatives and visibility have become part of a broader effort to help women and girls continue building what comes next.

Klaudia Zinaty founded the Women Empowerment Awards with a vision to create a platform that recognizes women not only for what they achieve, but for the opportunities they create for others.
The Awards were designed to spotlight women across business, leadership, innovation, mentorship and community impact, while building a national platform for recognition, connection and advancement.
Over time, the organization’s work expanded to include grants, scholarships and community-impact initiatives, reflecting a growing commitment to turning recognition into practical opportunity.
